(0.47 you can see it's mouth closed) It is really unusual to see Basking Sharks this late in the seasons so I jumped at the opportunity to have one last dive with them this year. If you get the chance to swim with these magnificent creatures don't harass them. Don't chase them instead wait quietly for them to come for you, don't make any sudden movements that might disturb them and don't try and touch them. 🤍

Basking Sharks Can’t Jump… News - 🤍 Fun vids - 🤍 Visit our shop - 🤍 Did you see what we did there… pretty clever right? Anyway, let’s move on from that lame joke… Researchers have discovered something rather cool about basking sharks. Now, these sharks are known for being slow and languid, while their cousin was of course famously powerful. Well, this new study has recorded basking sharks achieving a top speed of 5.1 meters per second… that’s pretty fast if you ask me… and it was also recorded that when a basking shark breached the water they can peak at 1.2 meters clear of the water. One study saw a shark from a depth of 28 meters reach the surface with 10 beats of its tail and took nine seconds to breach the water… now that's not very slow. ::Contributors:: - BBC News - Steven Mckenzie - Youen Jacob - Morne Hardenberg - Shaun Johnson - Mark Newman - Francesca Bryan ::Hashtags:: #dailyscubanew #scubadiving #news #latestnews #scubanews .................................... A kayaker spotted a basking shark swimming near the ocean’s surface off Penberth Cove in Cornwall, England, on April 18, filming the moment it swam beneath his watercraft. Basking sharks can be spotted in the UK between May and October, said SharkTrust.. According to The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, they are passive feeders and swim with their mouths wide open to feed on morsels that might get in their way. Phantoms of Evolution - The Unknown Underwater Predators | Wildlife Documentary Watch 'Adventure Ocean Quest: Discovering Another World' here: 🤍 With the aid of modern technology, we reveal the unknown behaviour of some unusual species of sharks: lemon sharks and their white-tip reef counterparts. Our film trip begins on the Bahamas. To be more precise: in the turquoise-blue waters of the Grand Bahama Bank, in an exactly fixed location. In spring, 70 - 80 pregnant lemon sharks arrive here. This huge shark population was first discovered just a few years ago by shark researcher, Professor Sam Gruber. Many of the females are tired and rest on the seabed. Pregnant tiger sharks swim in the midst of this group. Without any protection whatsoever, our cameramen shoot their footage, surrounded by sharks and succeed in capturing images hitherto unseen. We continue our journey to Gainesville, Florida, to meet Gordon Hubbell, the leading shark denture expert with the world’s largest shark denture collection. He knows everything about the evolutionary history of the lemon sharks, in addition to those of the white-tip reef variety off Cocos Island, Costa Rica. Here, we encounter large schools of fish, unprecedented numbers of stingrays, as well as hammerhead sharks. However, it is the white-tip reek sharks that make the biggest impression. Their performance begins late at night. Marauding, they patrol in large groups through the reefs and hunt everything that moves. Scales and dead prey fish float above the reef - a welcoming change of diet for the ubiquitous barracudas. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subscribe Free Documentary - Nature Channel for free: 🤍 Facebook: 🤍 Twitter: 🤍 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ #FreeDocumentaryNature #Documentary #Sharks ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Free Documentary is dedicated to bring high-class documentaries to you on youtube for free. #hiuterbesardidunia #hiu #ikanhiu #hiupenjemur #hiupenjemurterbesardidunia #hiumegalodon #hiuraksasa #hiuterbesar #shortshiupenjemur #sepasanghiupenjemur #hiupenjemurterbesar #hiuputih #hiubesar #hiupenjemurmenyelamkesanakemari #hiupurba #ikanhiuraksasa #jenisikanhiu #ikanhiuterbesar #hiuterbesardidunia #hiuterbesardiduniayangmasihhidup #jenishiu #hiuaneh #hiupemotongkue #10ikanhiu #ikanhiuterbesardidunia #jenisjenisikanhiu basking shark, basking sharks, shark, basking shark facts, basking shark swimming, sharks, basking shark (organism classification),basking shark mouth, basking shark sound, basking shark video, basking shark attack, basking shark eating, whale shark, basking, basking shark caught on tape, basking shark vs whale shark, basking sharks scotland, basking sharks in ireland, shark week, swimming with basking sharks, lego basking shark, basking shark ireland ikan hiu,10 ikan hiu, ikan hiu terbesar, hiu terbesar, aneh tapi nyata,unik,fakta,10 ikan, vainglory days,Misteri,Aneh tapi nyata, kejadian aneh,On the Spot,Trans 7,viral,rahasia,tersembunyi,CCTV,Video Aneh,Video Unik,Terbaru

5 Shark Encounters That Will Terrorize You Make sure to like and subscribe for more creepy compilation videos! Thanks for watching and I'll see you in the next one! SUBSCRIBE NOW: 🤍 SECOND CHANNEL: 🤍 Credit to the owners of these clips: #5: 🤍 #4: 🤍 #3: 🤍 #2: 🤍 #1: 🤍 In this compilation video, we go over multiple clips from shark attacks, great white shark encounters and even tiger shark spottings. What makes these ''caught on camera'' moments so scary is the fact that they were filmed in places like the ocean. We feature a moment where a kayaker gets attacked by a shark while deep sea fishing, cage divers in south africa get attacked by a great white shark, a man kayaking in Florida gets attacked by a bull shark, spearfishing divers in Hawaii get attacked by a tiger shark and an australian fisherman catches and releases a bull shark. Encounters with great white sharks or even tiger sharks are actually way more common than you might think. They often happen to people who are swimming, scuba diving, fishing, boating, cliff jumping or simply at the beach. In some cases, some people might be water skiing or even exploring coral reefs when they encounter these predators. Although rare, it has also happened to people who are cage diving as well. It just turns out that some of these divers were lucky enough to capture footage of these near death experiences that almost went wrong on camera and go pro. This leads to some very creepy videos. Get ready, because these shark vs man moments that could easily be considered near death experiences are sure to give you the chills. top 10 rarest but most amazing sharks you need to see Subscribe to TheHub 🤍 Sharks are creatures that strike fear into the hearts of many, although the truth is that sharks have more to fear from us than the other way around. Many of us just picture the great white shark as being the only kind of shark out there, but there are a ton of unique species of sharks out there, so many of which you may never have heard of! The greenland shark is thought to be one of the oldest species of shark in existence, and specimens have been found that are up to 400 years old! You might think that all sharks have fearsome teeth, but the megamouth shark and basking shark are planktivorous sharks, meaning that they feed only on small animals and plankton. And not all sharks are giant, hulking predators. The angular roughshark and the pyjama shark are both likely smaller than you are. If you’re looking for a truly bizarre looking shark, make sure you check out the goblin shark. We can definitely see where it gets its name! The speartooth shark is able to live in both fresh and salt water, and only in the last couple of years have we managed to tag adult members of this species. The frilled shark may look more like an eel than a shark, but just wait until you catch a glimpse of its teeth! And the wobbegong family of sharks enjoys traversing the bottom of the sea floor so much, that they have even begun to walk on it in their own way! Meet the second biggest fish in the world: the basking shark, captured here by . Who can tell us what they eat? Comment below! These giants can grow to more than 10 meters (30 ft) long. Studying them from the surface has been difficult; you don’t see much other than a dorsal fin and a bit of mouth and tail on a calm day. Underwater visibility may not be great, and your view doesn’t last long as the shark swims away. But from the air, it's a different story. Drones have revolutionized both wildlife film and science, and even a simple top-down shot like this allows us to analyze the mechanics of their feeding and provides a sense of how they move. This technology is also giving us as an insight into the mysterious social lives of basking sharks. It’s pretty crazy to think how little we know about the interactions and movements of the second biggest fish on the planet! #drone #britishwildlife #underwater #baskingshark #shark less #worldbigfishsharkvideo2021 #kingfishworld #fish #worldtop1fish
